What is the delivery time?
Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the
date of purchase. It can take longer than expected due to invalid address, customs clearance, or other causes.

How to track your order?
When your order ships, we will send an email immediately. You can check the shipping
progress through the tracking code in the email.
Which countries can be delivered to?
As mentioned in the above chart, we can deliver to the United States, Canada, the
United Kingdom, France, Germany, Australia, Italy and Spain.
We are sorry that other countries and regions are not supported for the time being.

Where the package is sent from?
The package will be sent from the warehouse closest to your delivery address, but it is
also affected by the number of goods in the warehouse.
What are the supported shipping methods?
All orders on PAWAii are shipped by United Parcel Service(UPS), United States Postal
Service(USPS), FedEx, DHL, DPD and Amazon Logistics.
