Do I have to add water every time I wash it? Can I pour water directly from the top?
You can add water by pouring from the top, but only at a slow speed to prevent an overflow. We recommend that you give your water dispenser a thorough cleaning and water change at least once a week for a fresher source of water. The disassembly, cleaning, and installation of the water dispenser are very convenient. Please refer to our installation video for more details.
How often should I replace the filter?
We recommend that you replace the filter at least once every four weeks to keep the water source fresh.
Does it running 24/7?
The product provides two operating modes: the Normal Mode, which runs all day with a steady stream of freshness, and the Smart mode, where the water fountain runs intermittently (5 minutes of water discharge and 10 minutes of pause). The smart mode keeps the cats curious, helps them drink more water, and saves electricity.
Does it make a lot of noise when running?
The water pump and water flow are very quiet during operation. The sound of water flow does not get louder with decreasing water levels. This sound is not as loud as the running sound of your refrigerator at home, and will not disturb the rest.

Pump failed

Worked a great, cats loved it. Sadly pump has failed after just two months of use. Really disappointing.

Too pooped to pump!

Delivered today, was honestly excited setting this up. Plugged it in, turned it on, and…. No water.
The pump is trying but the water pressure is too weak.
Big let down!
